Here in the FIERCE FITNESS Program we focus a lot on the fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. The program will consist of body weight and movement, light weights exercises and cardio. WIth this program we will also include a dose of self defense with striking of kicks and punches to the heavy bag and how to move while doing it. The great part about being able to hit the heavy bags is your also toning your body while burning calories to lose weight and your having fun while doing it!
